The Co-Founders of a successful and growing private equity fund are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant. The Co-Founders are looking for support in their business and personal life, and are keen to find an EA who has effective communication skills and can remain confidential.

This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to do a mix of in office and remote working. Core hours are 9am to 5:30pm with flexibility from both sides as and when needed. This is an integral role within the company as they move at a fast pace, and you’ll need to be at the top of your game to make sure that the Co-Founders are able to manage the many competing demands for their time. Keeping the team running efficiently and helping to prioritize means they can focus on their priorities and minimize the time spent on the less critical and important things. In your role as an EA, you’ll get an incredible insight into how to run an innovative, exciting, high-growth company.

**Duties will include but not be limited to**:
**Organisation**: Keeping on top of two very busy diaries, ensuring that you’re able to quickly pivot to accommodate last minute regulatory and investor meetings and allocate appropriate prep time if required. Ensuring that both Execs are on top of their “to-do lists” and have good oversight of key documents ahead of meetings and committees.

**Decision-making**: Determining whether a meeting is worth taking, obtaining a clear agenda, ensuring it’s an appropriate length, and taking introductory phone calls when needed.

**Prioritisation**: Juggling ever changing priorities and understanding when and how to prioritise tasks and/or delegate. Managing their diaries, rescheduling meetings, making sure time is carved out for managing the team and for non-meeting work.

**Preparation**: Slides for presentations; crafting agendas and slides for meetings, arranging transport, accommodation, and meeting rooms; tracking and follow-up on meeting actions

**Research**: Undertake project related research for our executives. Having your finger on the pulse of Execs team and working closely with Chief People Officer ensure that any issues/themes are raised to Execs.

**Administration**: Confident in taking detailed minutes & actions at regulatory required meetings, filing expenses and other general support.

**Private**: Liaising with the housekeeper, organising online shopping, booking medical appointments, arranging contractors, & overseeing general life admin.

- You’re exceptionally attentive to detail and incredibly organised
- You’re a quick learner, and ask incisive questions to gather the context you need
- You’re intellectually curious and are interested to know more about the world of Finance and Private Equity
- You have excellent communication skills with a proven ability to write and adapt style to different voices and audiences
- You are hands-on: focussed on execution, removing ambiguity, and comfortable making and acting on decisions
- You’d love to learn about running a high-growth business
