**Job Title: Social Media Marketing Assistant**

**Location: St.Asaph**

**Salary: £21,000-£22,000**

**Responsibilities**:
Content Creation:
Develop and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing strategies and brand guidelines.

Social Media Management:
Monitor, schedule, and publish content across all social media channels.

Engage with the online community, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Campaign Execution:
Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns to services, and brand initiatives.

Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.

Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

Collaboration:
Work closely with graphic designers and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective social media campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting:
Use social media analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on social media performance.

Provide regular updates to the marketing team on social media trends, audience insights, and campaign results.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of current trends in social media and digital marketing.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).

Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in graphic design tools.

Understanding of social media algorithms and platform-specific best practices.

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
