**Project Administrator**

We are looking for an organised Project Administrator to assist with the smooth running and functioning of our Habitats team. You'll work alongside the project management and site teams to deliver a range of administrative and resourcing tasks and to ensure our compliance responsibilities are complied with. The role will be varied and would suit someone with a strong administrative background with experience of working within a fast paced and often demanding environment.

This is a permanent position based out of our Guildford Head Office, on Surrey Research Park.
- be a proficient user of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook and be willing to learn to use internal IT systems.
- have experience of working in a busy office environment, ideally supporting a number of project managers simultaneously.
- be highly organised with the ability to multi-task and an ability to prioritise workloads
- have experience of financial administration, processing invoices and purchase orders, recording costs and expenses
- have experience in all aspects of vehicle fleet management
- be familiar with scheduling work teams and resources
- have a good eye for detail and be meticulous in their work at all times
- be self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly and to continually show initiative
- have an interest in the environment, landscaping and/or ecology
- show initiative to improve processes and drive efficiency
- have experience in the preparation of reports and presentations
