Project Administrator

Our client, a friendly and collaborative IT service supplier are looking to recruit an organised Project Administrator to join their team on a 6 month contract. The Project Administrator role based in Guildford however, hybrid/remote working is an option.
**Key Responsibilities of the Project Administrator**:
- Managing the inbox for new project resource requests
- Inputting request date into spreadsheets and systems
- Liaising with internal stakeholder and project managers
- Querying missing information from request forms
- Creating pivot tablets, using VLOOKUP & keeping spreadsheets up to date
**Key Experience for the the Project Administrator**:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a good approachable and friendly manner and able to manage internal stakeholders needs and external client communications
- Intermediate excel skills
- Strong process and workflow management
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
