We are a recruitment business based throughout the South of the UK and now looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to help drive our business forward. We operate in different sectors including Hospitality and Catering, Industrial and Medicalboth Clinical and Non Clinical Administrative. Salary is depending on experience with bonus/commission on new business won
Ideally you will have some previous sales experience and perhaps in Recruitment but this is not essential.
Main Skills and Responsibilities are
Identifying and generating leads within the above sectors
Cold Calling
Meeting clients to close the deal either face to face or virtual
Working alongside the existing branches to identify leads that fit within the current business model
Identifying potential new markets to operate in
You would need to be comfortable working alone, utilise your own time effectively and be a strong negotiator. This position is based in our Brighton branch with occasional travel into the other branches
