We are currently seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and possesses excellent communication skills to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone.
- Assisting customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution.
- Initial point of contact for the bank on personal banking and credit cards, general enquiries and complaint resolution.
- Fraud would be debit card fraud enquires, however this may expand to other areas of Fraud in the future.
- Adhering to regulatory guidelines and bank policies to maintain compliance and confidentiality.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

What are the most frequent queries / questions?
- Account information, asking about fraud, transfers, direct debit queries, payment queries, balance requests, statements
- Complaints toughest; financial difficulty, vulnerable customers.
- Demographic of customers is mixed, 20’s through to elderly

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers.

Positive Indicators:

- Has experience in customer service / sales, hospitality, contact centre, retail experience, administration etc.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

**Salary**: £7.73-£11.60 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
