School Marketing Assistant

Attention to detail and organisational ability is essential, as are exceptional people skills.

They will fully understand the North London Grammar vision, values and ethos to ensure that these are consistently communicated and via the most effective channels to all stakeholders, including prospective and current parents, staff, students and the wider community.

A recognised qualification in marketing and/or design would be an advantage.

**The role**:

- Creating visuals and content for social media platforms (posts, stories, reels) for the accounts on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and other marketing collateral.
- Communicating with the audience, replying to comments and direct messages. Forwarding enquiries to the admissions manager.
- Creating and managing the school newsletter
- Create and schedule adverts and organic posts on google and social media.
- Monitor any generated leads from active campaigns - keep the team updated.
- Assisting with website content changes occasionally.
- Assisting the Head of the departments, and teachers in creating visuals for events or other materials eg. posters or student handbooks.
- Developing excellent leadership and communication skills to liaise effectively with all teachers, collate engaging, informing and inspiring digital marketing content, and keep up with current events in school.
- Taking photographs and filming workshops, classes, assemblies, trips and others depending on the event's nature.
- Handle/design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters and promotional items.
- Creation and support on school event's such as Open Days, Graduation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,053.65-£34,000.00 per year
