**Overview
**A market leader in the Kent investment management space. Working with the latest technology in one of the most dynamic working environments on the market. My client are seeking a Client Data Manager to work in their office in Tunbridge Wells.
**Responsibilities
**- Promote a culture whereby all relevant regulatory controls are observed for FCA and inland revenue
- Understanding the company business model and relay this to the team to ensure alignment of company objectives
- Assist the tea with fluctuating volumes to ensure daily tasks are met
- Provide guidance and technical advice with fluctuating volumes to ensure daily tasks are met
- Plan and prioritise the workload of the team
- Provide regular updates to the Head of Operations on levels of workload identifying potential areas of risk.
**Requirements
**- Financial industry experience
- Experience of AML and KYC
- Experience managing people
- Ability to work accurately and under pressure
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Excellent time management skills
