Job Title: Digital Project Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Digital Project Manager to join our delivery team at a growing Digital Agency. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Head of Operations to drive successful project delivery for a number of clients across various industry sectors. The Role: In this position, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent client relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and account managers, to deliver high-quality projects that meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities: * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines * Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables * Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans * Ensure effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders * Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed Requirements: * 2+ years of project management experience in a client-facing environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Trello * Industry-relevant accreditations, such as Agile Practitioner and Prince2, are desirable Interview Process: Our interview process consists of two stages: a video interview and a face-to-face interview with our hiring team.
