We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity for a talented Client Loyalty Manager to become a part of our team at Childrensalon.

In the role of Client Loyalty Manager, your primary objective will be to foster robust relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their continued loyalty and maximizing their lifetime value. Collaborating closely with customer-focused teams, you will create outstanding experiences and build lasting connections. Your duties will encompass designing and executing strategies to boost client loyalty, performing comprehensive analyses of client data to uncover trends and preferences, and partnering with the marketing department to synchronize retention strategies with broader initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute strategies aimed at enhancing client loyalty and improving retention rates.
  • Examine client data to identify trends, behaviors, and preferences for targeted outreach.
  • Work in conjunction with the marketing department to ensure retention strategies align with overall business initiatives.
  • Track client retention metrics and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements to foster innovation.
  • Oversee a comprehensive loyalty program and monitor relevant performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategies align with business goals.
  • Devise strategies to re-engage inactive or lost clients.
  • Communicate objectives, strategies, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.

Essential Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in client retention or a related role within ecommerce or luxury retail.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in data interpretation.
  • Familiarity with client segmentation, email marketing, and loyalty program management.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, CRM systems, and customer analytics tools.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Passion for luxury childrenswear and an understanding of the target demographic.
  • Positive demeanor, self-driven, and a customer-focused mindset.
