Customer Service and Project Administrator

**RS Bike Paint Ltd** is the world's leading supplier of paint to the motorcycle after sales market. We are very proud to be the preferred provider for many major brands including Harley-Davidson, Triumph, Kawasaki, BSA and others.
Key aspects of the role
- Provide customers with information, quotations, follow up failed internet orders and process new orders.
- Work with the production team to ensure timely turnaround of orders.
- Assist with entering orders on our accounts system as required.
- Dispatch and monitor customer deliveries as required.
- Produce weekly and monthly sales summary data.
- Manage our customer contact database.
- Provide administrative support to team members and the Directors.
- Manage supplier costs, invoice and payment records.
- Project work for the Directors to assist with business growth in new markets
Skills/Experience
- Able to build positive working relationships with the wider team.
- Confident communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Organised approach to work, able to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliability and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of MS Office products and Google drive.
- Comfortable working with data and Excel.
- Experience of basic book keeping duties would be helpful.
- QuickBooks knowledge would be advantageous though not essential.
- Previous experience within an office role.
Full training will be given, but a good work ethic, willingness to learn and a 'can do' attitude are essential.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
