A new role has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join an established and growing entrepreneurial company based in Letchworth within an exciting and interesting industry.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast moving, successful and growing business within the video games sector. They offer a friendly, flexible supportive environment and there is the potential for future progression as the company grows.

**Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator**:
- Processing cancellations and managing the refund process with the finance department
- Giving technical assistance for gaming and software issues
- Work with company suppliers to arrange collections, deliveries and item repairs if required
- Assist financial department with customers on security checks, accounting enquiries or flagged accounting issues raised by the customers
- Check product availability for customer orders and make the Operations department aware of any items to restock if necessary to satisfy the customer
- Work closely with the Operations department to ensure the smooth running of the site
- Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery
- Processing replacement items on the system
**For this Customer Service Administrator role the employer is looking for**:
- 2 years minimum experience in a customer service representative role
- Friendly and patient with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and calm under pressure
- Comfortable dealing with complaints in a professional manor
- Commercial awareness - comfortable with numbers and how decisions will impact the business
