Our client is a successful and reputable Trade Association group who offer various accredited memberships to both individuals and larger businesses across the country. Due to team expansion, they are looking to acquire the services of a Senior Administration Officer to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established Membership Body, be part of a supportive small team and would suit someone who is process driven with a strong background in delivering excellent customer service.
- **Please note that this is a hybrid role with 1 day per week working from home.**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Support the particular membership card schemes and input as and when required to ensure it meets requirements of the industry which would include; introduction of new cards, support given with development of any new qualifications and updating the company website.
- Support and manage other staff within the Certification & Scheme team.
- Coordinate and process the provision of quality measuring services to members and non-members.
- Liaise with the marketing team to ensure any updates are made to the website as and when required.
- Work closely with direct reports to ensure they are working to set objectives, ensuring that systems are in place through regular assessments and evaluation of their performance, introducing training measures as and when required.
- Attend relevant meetings as and when required regarding key issues surrounding cards.
- Provide weekly report of the number of membership cards and certificates that have been processed.
- Set up new online courses to enable the Training Providers to deliver training effectively online and provide support to them.
- Process, when required, certificates and cards within given turnaround times whilst maintaining an accurate database.
- Liaise with the Technical Officer and keep up to date with current changes relating to Health and Safety issues and new legislation that might affect continuity of courses.
- Utilise past data and review, analyse and identify trends and report these annually on the outcomes to the Operations Manager.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously.
- Previous experience in a managerial position is desirable.
- Self-motivated with a real desire to seek improvement within processes.
- Previous experience working within a membership body or trade association is desirable, however not essential.
- Excellent level of customer service with a great telephone manner.
