Brook Street are looking for an administrator to join our client who are a small charity based in Stoneleigh.
The role is based within a close knit team in a dog friendly office with beautiful surroundings.
**Duties**:

- Coordinating internal and external meetings and appointments, including where applicable overseeing catering
- Maintaining calendars, schedules and reservations
- Coordinating staff travel arrangements including transportation and accommodation, as well as creating and distributing travel itineraries
- Performing data entry, including but not limited to maintaining and updating membership records, information and data gathering for mass correspondence exercises
- Organising and maintaining files and databases
- Managing the inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment
- Welcoming members and visitors
- Assisting in document and presentation preparation including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Assisting in the administration of marketing and social media tasks
- Assisting senior management with correspondence and enquiry responses
- Any other administrative duties that the organisation requires

Previous administration experience is required.
