Accounts Office Administrator

Inform Recruitment is working with a national wholesaler, recruiting an Accounts Office Administrator to support the company’s Head Office.
As Accounts Office Administrator, you will work as part of a diverse team that works closely together. In addition to your salary, you will receive a generous company profit-related bonus. The business can also support you in studying for your AAT qualifications, should you wish.
**What's required for this role?**
A good level of numeracy, good IT skills, a keenness to learn, good time management, organisation, and communication skills - the rest will be taught via on-the-job training.
**Your duties will be**:
- Seeking approval, coding and posting of purchase ledger invoices
- Allocation of costs down to general ledger
- Expense claim management
- Dealing with queries and discrepancies
- Processing manual and automated payments
- Supplier reconciliations
- Running reports for management
- Answering telephone calls
- Dealing with post
- Other ad-hoc tasks as and when they arise
**Additional information**:
- Working hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, with 1 hour for lunch.
- Holiday entitlement: 20 days plus bank holidays, which will increase with service.
- Parking: Free, on-site.
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: Up to £21,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
