This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Sales Administrator to join our Halyard Team.
Location: Ferndown office
Pay: between £27,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
Working Hours: Mon-Thur 08:30am -5pm, Friday 08:30am - 3pm

**Key responsibilities**
**Sales Order Processing**
- Processing of customer sales orders, proforma’s and customer order confirmations, ensuring compliance for domestic and export customers
- Raising Customer Credit Notes as requested
- Managing project payment plans to ensure payment requests are made to enable on time shipping of orders
- Creation of parts in business operating system
- Provide order updates and assist with queries relating to project orders with the Sales Team and Customers
**Quotations**
- Creating standard products quotations
**Shipping**
- Assist Operations Team with the business shipping plan to support OTIF target
**Business Reporting**
- Management of order book plan
- Customer specific order book reports
- Sales forecast risk management reports
- Material Replenishment Plan
**Other duties**
- Provide cover in the absence of the Sales Admin team members as required.
- Assisting the Sales Team with answering the Sales and Technical phone line when the team are busy/out of the office.
- Perform appropriate duties as assigned by your Line Manager or Directors
- Providing support for internal and external Quality Management Assessments for Sales Order Processing data
**Experience/knowledge required**
- A good understanding of supply chain process
- Sales Administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and particularly Excel
Minimum of GCSE Maths and English required or equivalent
