**Part Time Sales Administrator Job in Ferndown**
Dovetail Recruitment is pleased to be working with a stable and professional company in Ferndown who are looking for a new Part Time Sales Administrator to join them. They are offering flexible hours during Monday - Friday, totalling 25 hours per week. Theyalso offer great benefits including an increasing holiday entitlement and a paid health plan.
The Part Time Sales Administrator will be responsible for processing orders from the team in the field, and providing ongoing support through the customer journey.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Initial point of contact for sales team to submit orders
- Prepare finance documentation and liaise with finance companies as required
- To set up and control orders using the truck order processing system (TOPS) and other equipment records for new and used equipment, ensuring accuracy to specification and pricing
- Arrange invoicing, securing payments prior to delivery, completing all other relevant documentation connected to the order, to include SafePower and handover packs etc
- Arrange deliveries with the workshop, transport, customer and sales team
- Provide accurate and efficient communication to customers, other departments and field-based sales team throughout the order process
- Support the sales team and help to resolve any issues which may arise following deliveries
- Deal with trade-in truck procedures, updating systems as required
- Receive and manage incoming calls
- Provide back up and support within the department
**Knowledge and Experience**:
- Excellent telephone manner, polite and friendly
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and a methodical approach
- Experience within an office based position
**Salary and Benefits**:
- Part Time, Monday - Friday, 25 hours per week, permanent role
- £26,000 pro rata (17,329.00 per annum for 25 hours)
