Job Summary:We are seeking a Part Time Office Administrator to join our client's team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop your skillset, and contribute to the success of our client's business.
Key Responsibilities:- Collate and track new orders and job information.
- Coordinate project schedules and deadlines.
- Prepare and distribute documents and materials.
- Provide excellent communication and support to team members.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary range of $12.50 - $13.00 per annum.
