**Call Centre Agent Working Information**
- Part time up to 30 hours to provide cover across Monday, Wednesday Friday afternoon/evening and Saturday.
- Flexible working shifts between the hours of 7am - 10pm as per business need.
- Hourly pay rate of £11.50 (enhanced rate for Bank Holiday working)
- probation we offer the opportunity to work from home/hybrid.

**Requirements for the Role**
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to use a laptop.
- Ability to manage and control calls.
- Ability to commute to Ferndown.
