Responsibilities- Manage Client Communications
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from clients.
- Maintain Office Organization
- Keep office files, documents, and records up-to-date.
- Ensure the office is tidy and supplies are adequately stocked.
- Provide Administrative Support
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and prepare financial documents.
- Coordinate office events and meetings, including logistics and catering arrangements.
- Utilize Technical Skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarize yourself with accounting software.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in office administration within an accountancy practice or legal services.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
The salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 per annum, based on experience.
