We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Office Administrator to join their thriving head office. This exciting opportunity will suit someone who thrives in a busy environment, loves being organised, and has excellent communication skills.
About the Role:
The Office Administrator will provide administrative support across various projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks and excellent communication with team leaders, contract managers, production managers, sales executives, and internal leaders. Key responsibilities include receiving and collating new orders, organising schedules, preparing documents, advising on complaints, and general filing duties as required. The ideal candidate will have experience within an administrative role, attention to detail, organisational skills, and excellent communication skills.
Benefits:
This Office Administrator position offers a competitive salary of £13,250 per annum, 23 days holiday + bank holidays, company pension, free parking on site, and full training given on all areas of the business. Excellent progression opportunities are available for the right candidate.
