Office Administrator Job Opportunity

Austin Fraser is seeking a highly organised Office Administrator to join their thriving head office in the Ferndown area. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support across various projects, working closely with contract managers, production managers, sales executives, and internal leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise project schedules and distribute due dates to relevant teams.
  • Prepare and supply documents according to project timelines and distribute to stakeholders by deadline.
  • Advise team leaders on client complaints and provide additional administrative support as required.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administration role.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to learn quickly.
