Sales Apprentice

Perkins Group Services Limited, part of the Cathay Group, is looking for an Sales Apprentice to join our sales team.

You will join as an apprentice under a fixed term contract and will receive a Level 3 Business Administration qualification via remote learning with Croydon College.

You'll learn about and be involved in the products we sell, including toys, stationery, household products, medical products and greetings cards. As a Sales Apprentice you’ll learn about all the different ways in which we sell these products and ensure that our customers are happy. As a Sales Apprentice you’ll learn all aspects of sales administration working with our small team in Ferndown to grow sales of our products.

You will need to meet the minimum qualification threshold for an apprentice in Maths and English, but no other prior qualifications are required.
At the end of the apprenticeship course there may be the opportunity for a permanent role.

**A Sales Apprentice will**:

- Telephone customers
- Answer calls to the office
- Upsell
- Enter data into sales system
- Resolve customers queries

The role is 100% based in the office so is ideal for someone who is looking to learn alongside our friendly team.
