You will lead the sales and commercial team and will need to operate strategically to ensure long term success, but be confident and confident driving performance with the team on a day to day basis.

**Epwin Group is one of the UK’s largest manufacturers and suppliers of PVC windows, doors and fascia systems with some of the best-known manufacturing and service names in the sector. Group businesses also produce high quality cladding, guttering, decking and prefabricated GRP building components. Epwin Group takes a strong ethical stance in its manufacturing and distribution operations which is evidenced by group wide investment in Quality, Environmental and H&S Certifications.**
Kestrel was established in 1990. Today we have sales in excess of £30 million offering a wide range of U-PVC, PVC-UE roofline and cladding products in the world, manufacturing over 2 million metres of profile every month. Our range extends to over 800 products, the majority of which are BBA and BS kitemark approved.
**Key Role aspects**
- Provide strong leadership to the sales team and commercial manager, ensuring annual budgets, targets and customer satisfaction KPI’s are met and exceeded
- Coach, develop and monitor the sales team
- Ensure sales process from lead to win is fit for purpose, used effectively and sales KPI’s reported in a clear way
- Own senior level engagement with key customers
- Represent Kestrel at key industry events
- Identify industry trends and customer needs in regards to the range offered
- Continue to develop the approved installer scheme
- Continually assess and instigate relevant actions with the divisional marketing team in regards to the effectiveness of Kestrel’s website and marketing materials.
- Ensure there is communication with Group stakeholders and other businesses within Epwin Group to maximise sales opportunities within group
