HR Assistant

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of data
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and enquiries
- Support employee relations by responding to enquiries and providing general HR information
- Assist with payroll processing and data entry
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and providing support to managers
- Manage HR department calendar and schedule meetings/appointments
- Support social media management for HR initiatives
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a human resources department
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
