Service Co-ordinator

Duties involve**:

- Liaising with customers via the phones regarding distributor and technical issues and part number requests.
- Escalating any complex problems
- Maintaining the database
- Project management of technical, service or development activities.
- Support the field service management and engineers
- Co ordinate the training system and oversee the contract between the company and the contractors
- Review and monitor stock levels
- Oversee the warranty failure rates and Product reliability
- Managing the product training offering
- Investigatory work and report writing (after training)
- Overall co-ordination of the customer support team
- Provide statistical and fault analysis information to the Management team (after training)
- Liaising with the technical team and the warehouse teams for deliveries

**Experience of MS Office and CRM's.
A reasonable knowledge of Excel
Confident, social, energetic with good work ethics and first class communication skills - verbal and written
