- Service Co-ordinator - Horticulture Specific, Learning Disabilities Services
- Based at the Acorn Community Centre in Wokingham, this service provides day, evening and weekend support, enabling customers to take part in activities in the community through group and individual support.
- We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support the Service Manager in the running of our horticultural project, called Growing Places which is located about 10 miles from Wokingham. This will include:

- Having a genuine passion for, and reasonable knowledge of horticulture
- Supporting the staff to enable our clients to undertake horticultural activities that develop personal skills and abilities.
- Organising and leading activities and projects which meet our clients’ needs and wishes.
- Having some supervisory and management responsibility- Applicants need to be able to drive our manual vehicles
- This is a full time opportunity - 37 hours Monday - Friday. Salary £25,061.49
