Job Title - Reablement Assistant, Wokingham £25,727.10

  • Short-Term Assessment and Reablement Team (START) is an intermediate care service providing shortterm interventions of up to 6 weeks, to promote independence to residents in their own homes across Wokingham.
  • This is a busy service, focused on providing timely rehabilitation goals to achieve maximum independence for the customer using a therapybased approach.

  • This role requires flexibility as you will be working every other weekend, bank holidays and evenings. You must also be able to travel around Wokingham Borough and have your own transport available at all times.
