**Job Overview**:
We’re looking for an experienced ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) reporting program manager to join us. Working in our Sustainability team you will lead our voluntary and regulated ESG disclosures, collaborating with groups across Arm. This is a new role in a global technology company that is at an exciting point in its growth. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sustainability and the role of ESG reporting and who has experience of non-financial disclosures. If this is you, we'd love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:
You will drive and deliver our ESG reporting (voluntary and regulated), including the strategy and program management, and data collection, working with colleagues across the business to gather ESG-related disclosures. As part of this, you will also lead the delivery of our annual ESG impact report, and complete ESG ratings agency responses working closely with our wider Sustainability team and other teams across Arm. You will keep up to date with the latest ESG reporting and disclosure requirements, guidelines and standards, and handle responses for ESG-related requests from our partners and other external stakeholders. You will act as an internal advisor to Arm on the ESG reporting landscape, flagging incoming changes in both regulation and standard process.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in managing and delivering ESG reporting
- Experience of working with GRI and TCFD reporting
- Understanding of the latest global sustainability and ESG reporting regulations, guidelines and standards e.g., TCFD, GRI, ISSB, CSRD, US SEC, CDP, UK SECR
- Strong project management skills and experience
- Understanding of, and experience of working on, ESG ratings, methodologies and approaches (e.g., MSCI)
- Ability to operate dynamically in a fast-paced environment and run and prioritize multiple programs of work, ensuring good governance
- Track record of working across and influencing internal functions to drive business outcomes
- Proficient with the technology tools needed for the role
