We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Environmental Sustainability and Quality Administrator to support both the ESG Lead and Quality Manager at SPT Labtech. This dual-role position will play a critical part in advancing our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives while providing administrative support to the Quality team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainability and operational excellence, helping to implement, monitor, and improve ESG strategies and quality management processes. A Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Quality Management, Business, or a related field is required, along with experience in ESG, quality management, compliance, or a related administrative role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • ESG Responsibilities:
  • Support the ESG Lead in the development and execution of the company's ESG strategy, including environmental, social, and governance projects
  • Data Collection & Reporting: Collect, organize, and analyze ESG-related data across departments
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to communicate the company's ESG commitments and progress
  • Project Coordination: Help organize and coordinate ESG-related projects and initiatives
  • Benchmarking & Research: Support ESG Lead with research on industry best practices and emerging ESG trends
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of ESG activities and document internal processes
  • Event and Communication Support: Assist in planning and coordinating ESG-related workshops and corporate events
  • Quality Responsibilities:
  • Support the Quality Manager in maintaining and improving the company's quality management systems (QMS)
  • Document Control: Manage and maintain quality-related documents and records
  • Internal Audits: Assist in the scheduling, preparation, and execution of internal quality audits
  • Quality Reporting: Collect and analyze quality data to support quality metrics reporting and continuous improvement efforts
  • Process Improvement: Assist in the identification and documentation of process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
  • Supplier Quality Management: Support the Quality Manager in liaising with suppliers to ensure quality standards are being met

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and experience with sustainability reporting tools is a plus. A passion for sustainability and corporate responsibility is essential.
