Are you interested in developing your communication and project management skills whilst enabling social and environmental impact for a leading global technology company?

We are looking for a graduate to support delivery of Arm’s employee community engagement programme: Team Arm. Team Arm supports Arm employees to take action on social and environmental issues through volunteering and fundraising.

**THE ROLE INCLUDES**
- Coordinating volunteering events and campaigns with local, national and international non-profit organisations including the Movember Foundation, Uptree and For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology (FIRST).
- Managing Arm’s global network of Team Arm Champions; Arm employees who take the lead on community engagement for their local office.
- Leverage internal communications channels to engage our employees in social and environmental impact through written communications and presentations. Our goal is to positively grow our employee participation in volunteering
- Be accountable for handling our volunteering and fundraising platform, which is hosted by Benevity, and for contributing to monitoring & evaluation.
- Acting as the point of contact for employee queries, providing support to colleagues wanting to participate in Team Arm

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- You will be passionate about social and/or environmental impact and be able to engage others in these topics
- You will have excellent communication skills, including the ability to write well, confidently deliver presentations and maintain intranet sites
- You can form relationships quickly and work well with internal and external partners in a diverse range of roles and locations
- You are confident with handling multiple projects and have very good time management and organizational skills
- You are enthusiastic about taking ownership of projects and events, displaying a flexible and proactive attitude.

**‘NICE TO HAVE’ SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience working or volunteering with charities, non-profits, or other organisations passionate about social and/or environmental impact
- A genuine curiosity about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practices
