**Movement Analysis Applications Specialist / Codamotion Community Lead / Product Support and Engagement Lead / Product Specialist / Motion Capture Technology**

You should be technically curious, engaged, and involved. You will be happy with the balance of consistency and creativity, from administration to in-depth technical exploration, to very thoughtful communication design.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop in-depth product knowledge, including testing new product updates before they reach the customer.
- With your line manager, define and implement communication and outreach plans for the customer base and the wider movement analysis community.
- Respond to customer and distributor questions regarding Codamotion software and hardware, redirecting to support materials where appropriate.
- Secure repeat income from customers in ways that meet their needs - through regular service contract renewals, paid training, product upgrades, and repairs; produce quotations for these as required.
- Train new customers and distributors to use Codamotion products.
- Support colleagues and distributors on sales trips by demonstrating the company’s products.
- Keep detailed records in the company CRM system.
- Prepare content to publicise the work that you are doing, to raise your profile and that of the company on the world stage. This may include articles on Codamotion and other websites, social media posts, and videos.
- Maintain awareness of the themes and trends in biomechanics/motion analysis that may relate to the uptake and use of Codamotion products.

**Location and Travel**

An element of travel is part of the role, and some trips will require overnight stays. Approximately 20% of the working time may be spent away from the office, including overseas trips. This can vary according to the needs of the business. When no travel is planned, you will be in our Oxford office for at least 3 working days per week. You will routinely spend time at our dedicated lab and manufacturing facilities in Rothley, Leicestershire.

**Requirements**:

- A postgraduate qualification in science or engineering, or evidence of close work with research communities
