Facilities Support Specialist near Oxford

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Support Specialist to join our team in Oxford, working on site 2 days a week. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery and performance of facilities services on the Infineum contract.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the highest focus on customer services and assisting with service measurement as required.
- Providing a porterage and stores service, including parcel collection and delivery around site.
- Completing and collating paperwork as needed to ensure compliance with document management processes.
- Receiving and actioning daily reactive work requests using the Planon mobile app to proactively manage workload in line with contract performance KPIs/SLAs.
- Completing general maintenance tasks, item movements, painting, and decorating, as well as other general works requested by the management team and Infineum colleagues.
- Providing services within laboratories, including glassware movement and cleaning.
- Offering a laundry service, including lab coat collection and delivery.
- Assisting with conference and meeting room set-ups, furniture layouts, and movements across site.
- Ensuring waste management processes and procedures are followed, including rubbish movement to designated areas.
