Financial Analysis Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for leading on financial analysis and performance management, working closely with operational teams to drive financial performance. You will have a strong understanding of financial principles and be able to communicate complex financial information effectively.
Your key responsibilities will include setting up processes and analysis to convert market information into useful guidance for operations teams, providing in-depth analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow to identify trends and insights, and preparing financial reports and presentations for senior management. A competitive salary range from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as a hybrid working model offering flexibility, are among the benefits offered by this company.
