**Duties**
- Providing customers with a friendly, helpful and positive experience
- Overseeing customer orders, ensuring orders are delivered within the agreed time frame, while always keeping customers informed
- Answering any queries that customers may have
- Coordinating delivery times
- Keeping customer details up to date on internal systems
- Escalating any complex issues to the Services Manager and assisting to resolve these
- Working a team to find solutions to any challenges that rise
- Working cross-functionally with the warehouse and production teams
- Maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships
- Previously worked in a customer focused role
- Patient and empathetic
- You will be a calm and supportive employee who enjoys interacting with customers
- Someone who can remain calm in challenging situations
- People focused
- Good knowledge of MS packages
- Proactive mindset
- Team player
