About This Role:

We are currently looking for a skilled Youth Care Coordinator to join our team at Gap Healthcare. As a Youth Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to young individuals with diverse needs.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent care and possess the necessary skills and qualifications to excel in this position. You will work directly in service within Grays & Tilbury, adapting to a variety of shifts including long days, sleep-ins, and nights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to young individuals with various needs.
• Work directly in service within Grays & Tilbury.
• Offer assistance in areas such as learning disability, complex needs, emotional needs, mental health, and challenging behaviours.
• Adapt to a variety of shifts including long days, sleep-ins, and nights.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience working with young adults (minimum 1 year)
• PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) or restraint training
• Enhanced DBS on the update service
• Full Work experience
