In this role, you will be responsible for making patients feel valued from their first interaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include building relationships with patients, assisting with patient consultations, scanning eyes using state-of-the-art equipment, completing health questionnaires, introducing patients to optometrists, scheduling treatment dates, discussing finance options, and maintaining patient records.
