We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR & Training Co-ordinator, to join a busy Public Sector organisation based in Bangor on a Permanent basis. Your main objective in the role will be to support the delivery of a comprehensive first class human resources service & training across the business by providing a proactive, reliable and effective service to all staff and managers.

As a HR & Training Co-ordinator your main duties will be to:

- Maintain accurate records, information and statistical data as required.
- Prepare and present reports, information and statistics and attend meetings and project groups as required.
- Assist and support the Human Resources Team with the delivery of a high quality service over the full range of generalist duties such as: recruitment & selection, conditions of service, and sickness absence monitoring.
- Resolve issues effectively, referring to the Business Partner as appropriate, and developing own knowledge with the aim of answering the majority of basic queries as the first point of contact.
- Assist and support the co-ordination of learning, training and development activities, ensuring that employees attending training have all necessary documentation.
- Assist with the regular review of policies and procedures and ensure that supporting procedures are implemented in accordance with legislative and organisational requirements.
- Any other duties as required

We are keen to see your CV if you have the following skills and experience:

- Have a good knowledge base of HR policies and procedures
- Have gained or be studying towards your CIPD Level 3 qualifications would be an advantage
- Be able to communicate fluently in Welsh
- Have strong IT and organisational skills
- Be able to produce accurate minutes
- Have great attention to detail and be able to work to strict deadlines
- Be available to start immediately

This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm with an earlier finish of a Friday. In return you will be offered a salary of between £27,717 to £30,436 per annum depending on skills and experience plus additional company benefits.
