Applications are invited for the above fixed-term part-time post (Monday & Tuesday) working for the North Wales Clinical Psychology Programme at the School of Psychology. School of Human and Behavioural Sciences

The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Research Team assisting the Programme Manager and Senior Administrator with general administrative duties, and taking detailed minutes of meetings.

The ability to communicate in Welsh is essential for this post.

Purpose of the Job

The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Research Team assisting the Programme Manager and Senior Administrator with general administrative duties, and taking detailed minutes of meetings.

**Responsibilities**:
General Duties:

- To provide effective clerical support for the range of administrative activity involved in running the North Wales Clinical Psychology Programme.
- To assist with the organisation and day to day operation of administrative processes and procedures within the NWCPP.
- To communicate effectively with both staff and students and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues within the University, and any external body.
- Type letters, reports, and documents using word processing facilities for the relevant programmes.
- Maintain the electronic filing system.
- Maintain and update local systems and/or spreadsheets as requested by the relevant staff member/Line Manager.

Specific Duties:

- Provide administrative support for the Research Team, including arranging meetings, taking minutes, and providing reports monthly.
- Taking detailed minutes of the monthly team meetings.
- Organise and co-ordinate the annual Research Fair.
- Collect and maintain records of Service-Related Research Projects & Large-Scale Research Project proposals and progress reports.
- Maintain quarterly updates of Directory of Clinical Psychologists.
- Update and maintain the NWCPP library.
- Assist other Admin’ Team members with the arrangements for the WAIS pass-out day. - Arrange markers for assignments.
- Download assignments from Turnitin and carry wordcounts and checks.
- Maintain a directory of all office equipment and psychometric tests and co-ordinate the lease of these.
- Monitoring the office stationery supplies and ordering as required.
- Arranging feedback materials for trainees at the end of clinical placement.
- Liaise with Canolfan Bedwyr about document translation.
- Circulate information to trainees and stakeholders as requested.

**Responsibilities**:
