Founded over 100 years ago, one of the UK’s leading educational establishments has an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join its enthusiastic and positive team on a full-time temporary basis.

Reporting to the Manager of the department, you will form an integral part of the clerical team where you will be working with an international customer base, providing high quality administrative support within a busy environment, where a high level of customer service and confidentiality will be required.

As an Admissions Administrator your duties would be:

- First point of contact for all incoming inquiries
- Data input and processing
- Filing and document control
- Dealing with all post and courier shipments
- General financial duties including handling petty cash
- Any other duties as required

To be successful in the role of Administrator, you should:

- Have previous experience as an Admissions Administrator within an educational setting
- Have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel etc
- Have excellent customer service and problem solving skills
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be available to start immediately
- The ability to speak welsh and/or other languages would be desirable, though not essential

This role is being offered on a full-time temporary basis for a period of 3 months. Initially working from home with a plan to return to the office under a dynamic working system. Working hours will be 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and in return an hourly pay rate of £10.71 is on offer, plus holiday pay.
