The company operates shared-services (Customer Service, Finance, HR, Legal and Operations) for a handful of micro enterprises within our group.

**Job description**

This is a multi-faceted role that suits someone with rounded business administration experience, who likes to take charge and organise.

**Key responsibilities include**
- Finance administration - invoicing, data entry and liaising with accountant
- Administration of users and systems.
- Documenting changes to business procedures
- Producing documents for both directors, colleagues and clients
- Electronic filing
- Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
- Professionally handle client enquiries.
- Hands-on experience in ALL the above administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams and related software
- Ability to organise, focus and work multi-tasking.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Presentable, flexibility and adaptability.
- Reliable attendance.

**Hours/Days**
- 9.30am - 2.30pm
- Monday to Friday

**Hourly rate**
- £12 per hour on PAYE or
- £15 per hour self-employed

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- On-site parking
