Our client based in Hove are looking to recruit a Trainee Legal Administrator to join their innovative and modern law firm. This is an opportunity to work towards a Business Admin Level 3 qualification alongside this role, while gaining valuable work experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Taking client enquiries over the phone
- Complete administrative tasks to support the legal team

**Requirements**:

- An interest in the legal industry and the desire to develop a career
- Some office administrative experience is advantageous
- Be able to showcase yourself and the service you are providing confidently and in the best light
- Be comfortable with Office 365 and using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools
- Demonstrate excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with a good eye for detail
- Have great communication skills and a team attitude
- Be able to work on an individual basis and unsupervised at times
- Want to provide the best service you can to clients, with a 'can-do' problem-solving focus
- A second language would be a bonus, but not necessary
