**Job Title**: Legal Administrator

**Location**:Hove

**Salary**:£22,000 depending on prior experience

**Full Time**

**9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday**

**Responsibilities**
- Taking client enquiries over the phone
- Complete administrative tasks to support the legal team

**Requirements**:

- Have at least 1 to 2 years' experience in administration and enquiry handling, ideally in a law firm or other professional service (accounting, surveying, etc)
- Be able to showcase yourself and the service you are providing confidently and in the best light
- Be comfortable with Office 365 and using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools
- Demonstrate excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with a good eye for detail
- Have great communication skills and a team attitude
- Be able to work on an individual basis and unsupervised at times
- Want to provide the best service you can to clients, with a 'can-do' problem-solving focus
- A second language would be a bonus, but not necessary
