HR Co-ordinator

**Accept Recruitment are looking for an experienced HR Co-Ordinator for a well-established, UK based manufacturer of quality cleaning and hygiene products (LE3 postcode).**
This position is on a permanent basis working part time on a job share basis of 3 days per week (**Wednesday, Thursday & Friday**) 9am to 5pm.
The salary on offer is £15,000
As the HR Co-ordinator, you will be:
- Complete administration for the directors and management - HR issues only.
- To liaise with management to assist in the resolving of disputes.
- Minute taker in disciplinary, grievance and performance meetings
- Issue Employee Handbook and Principal Statement together with appropriate new starter forms for each new employee. Carry out induction procedure and ensure all relevant forms are returned and retained in personnel file.
- Maintain accurate and up to date personnel records for all employees (including sickness and absence records)
- Check accuracy of monthly time sheets and forward to payroll office (wages/salaries, pensions, maternity leave, SMP, SSP) and support with any queries
- Attend 1st stage interviews for recruitment, place advertisements for recruitment of staff on company website, online job boards, and with agencies as necessary
- Maintain Company Accident Book
- Ensure the Board Room/Training Room are of an acceptable standard when visitors are expected
- Order food/drink provisions for directors/visitors and seminars as required. Serve refreshments for directors/visitors
**Experience required for the position**:
- Have previous experience in a similar position
- Possess knowledge of HR/employment law
- Good IT skills (Microsoft package) with the ability to be a quick learner on systems
- Be an organised and pro-active personality
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
