HR Administrator (Home Based)

**About Our Client**:
Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful N4P organisation based in central Nottingham with the appointment of a HR Administrator (Home Based) to join a friendly HR team.

This role will mostly be home based but you will be required to work from the Nottingham office circa 1 per month for team meetings.

Working as part of a small, friendly team, the role of HR Administrator (Home Based) will provide administration support in a wide range of HR matters, including but not limited to:

- Recruitment Administration
- Support with Learning and Development Administration such as creating training matrix and coordination of training events
- Management the L&D inbox
- Collect evaluation and feedback from training courses
- Develop and maintain the LMS systems and other HR systems
- Create HR and L&D reports
- Support with other generalist HR Administration duties

**The Successful Applicant**:
Preferable, applicants for this role will have some previous working knowledge of HR/L&D/Recruitment.

**What's on Offer**:
Up to £21000

Home working - 1 day per month in the Nottingham office

Open to full time or part time applicants
