Customer Service Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule appointments for service users and their families, ensuring efficient coordination and adherence to established protocols.
- Answer incoming calls promptly, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and providing accurate information as required.
- Conduct welfare calls to service users on our wellbeing service, promoting their overall wellness and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database, documenting interactions and resolutions appropriately.
- Collaborate with other Colleagues to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed assistance to customers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide suggestions to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Comply with all company policies and regulations, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
**Requirements**:
- Preferable experience in a customer service role, preferably in a coordinating capacity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage scheduling and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with customer service software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all customer interactions.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
