Distinctive Plastering Services Ltd. are looking for the right individual to join our team.

The position will include all aspects of office administration and in addition to this will require the individual to become familiar with trade related construction drawings(Plastering), and be able to relate drawings and information to the installation procedures being applied onsite. Measuring from drawings to obtain quantities for pricing and materials purposes will also be a significant part of the role and although this can be taught, a general understanding is required. Other duties will include compiling information relevant to each project and creating Health and Safety information such as risk assessments relating to each site.

The individual will require firm computer skills particularly the use of Excel to create spread sheets relating to quants from drawing take offs for pricing purposes. One drive to share information throughout the company and Linked In to keep others informed as to project progress etc.

This position will suit someone with a wide variety of skills with ability to learn new ones specifically relating to our business, It will be suited to someone who is prepared to get involved with the many different aspects required from quantifying, pricing right through to handover of each project with the ability to receive, store and manage information accordingly.
