**Organisation Requirement**
Xewli has an exciting opportunity based at our Head Office in Halifax for an enthusiastic, responsible and organised Office Administrator. You will be working alongside the Operations Manager helping them to carry out their daily duties, handling important business operational tasks using your own initiative and people skills.
**Role**
- Assisting the Operations Manager in the preparation for external auditing (quality assurance, information systems security, environmental etc);
- Performing and recording weekly health & safety information, such as weekly fire alarm tests, first aid kit checks etc;
- Visitor Management - Meet & greet all visitors, check ID, relay health & safety information;
- Meeting scheduling and preparation (including meeting room layout arrangements, hand out printing, meet and greet);
- New employee or contractor on-boarding administration (e.g. document checks, HSE questionnaires, issuing staff ID cards);
- Allocating and monitoring employee mandatory training;
- Asset Management - Checking engineers equipment, arranging deliveries, tracking receipt of equipment dispatched to members of the team;
- Building Management - Arranging annual alarm maintenance, track building keys and liaise with the building owner regarding all annual inspections;
- Managing micro-kitchen, stationery and computer consumable inventory/supplies;
- Filing/shredding of company documents;
- Organising travel arrangements, particularly for corporate group travel;
- Management of corporate hospitality, including staff festive meal;
- Opportunity to assist in testing (dogfooding) company software products.
This role **does not** include day-to-day cleaning, which is provided by a dedicated cleaner
**Applicant Requirements**
Minimum qualifications:
- GCSE English, Maths & Science - Grade A*- C (Grade 9 - 4), or equivalent qualification;
- Computer literate;
- Experience using Google Workspace would be advantageous;
- 2 Years experience in a similar role;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge ways of thinking;
- Team player;
- Well motivated, self starter with drive and enthusiasm.
**Location & Remuneration**
- The role will be based at our office in Halifax.
- Salary of £12.50 per hour. _(16 hours = £10,400 per annum - 20 hours = £13,000 per annum)_
- Hours of work - 16-20 hours per week, with some flexibility of working hour scheduling to be arranged at contract award, then quarterly or upon change of circumstances.
- Xewli will make an employer's pension contribution of 6% of base salary.
- Full-time Xewli employees are entitled to 30 day’s holiday, plus bank holidays. Part time employees receive a prorated allowance based on their agreed contractual hours.
