**JOB TITLE**: Sales Administrator
- Offering Hybrid working
**SALARY**:£24,000-£26,000 + Bonus Scheme after probation period
**LOCATION**: Halifax, HX3 with free car parking

Based in an unique building, you have access to free parking. The office is just a short 10 minute walk from the train station too.
**Overview of the role**:As you will be a key contact for their customers, be involved in projects and deal with any general administrative tasks such as managing an inbox.
With the expansion of the company, there will be an opportunity to take the role further and grow within the company in the next 18-24 months. The workload is varied and no two days are the same. If you love a challenge and a busy, varied workload excites you then please keep reading
**Duties will include**:
- Collaboration with the sales and technical team
- Assisting the UK sales team with projects
- Generating KPI reports
- Manipulating data and producing reports - **Heavy use of Excel - (VLOOKSUPs and Pivot tables)**
- General office administration including post, invoices, organising deliveries and expenses
- Booking in of conferences, exhibitions, researching and confirming details with marketing department, meeting and event organisation and newsletters
- Customer site visits and meeting minute preparations
- Helping the team to prepare, coordinate and follow to support customers
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience within a Senior Administrative / Sales Admin role
- The ability to build strong working relationships and be a real team player
- Passion, confidence and self-motivation
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, keeping organised
- IT Skills - **Excel, Outlook, Word and Power Point**
- Initiative and happy for lone working at times
- Adaptability and flexibility - willingness to travel, occasionally to Europe
