This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join an established organisation located in the centre of Halifax.

The role will be varied but duties will include:

- Preparing quotations and estimating where necessary across all sectors.
- Processing a high volume of quotations and product orders, via Sage, through to client invoice.
- Liaising with finance and the senior management team to process invoices for all sales transactions.
- Reviewing and checking prices against agreed contract rates.
- Reporting monthly sales results to the SD/MD.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel with customer, suppliers and internal teams.
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
- Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
- Supporting and attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
- Managing client relationship targets and KPI's as set by the SD/MD.
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
- Updating internal database and ensuring account managers are aware of changes.
- Managing procurement and supplier deliveries - coordinating to site, informing clients, obtaining delivery timescales from suppliers, liaising with site teams/installers etc.
- Using PowerPoint to create brochures with client specific offerings.

A good working knowledge of SAGE is essential for this role.

This role is ideal for a confidential and experienced Sales Administrator looking for a new challenge.
